Parent's Day Out (PDO) - Junior Preschool
Parents Day Out is a "stepping stone" between home and school for children who are 2 years old by September 1st of the current school year. PDO is a structured 4.5 hour program full of rich experiences to prepare 2 year olds for preschool; think of it as "Preschool Prep." Parents may choose one or two day options for PDO. Two day options must be a Mon/Wed, Tues/Thurs, or Mon/Fri combination.
*Children need not be toilet trained for PDO. Diapering and toilet training are part of our day.
We offer a blended age preschool for children who are at least 3 years old by September 1st. These classes offer hands-on learning emphasizing the whole child. We offer 2 and 3 day programs; 3 hour morning or 4.5 hour extended day classes.
S.T.E.A.M. - "Little Engineers" - Fridays
This is a 3 hour, year-round, Friday Enrichment class for 3-5 year olds. This class will teach to the STEM curriculum that is taught in Kindergarten - 12th grade. STEAM is an interdisciplinary approach to learning, where academic concepts are coupled with real-world lessons in a hands-on, problem-solving, activity-based preschool way! This class will include Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math, with preschool Art thrown in to the "STEM" mix. This class is an add-on enrichment program for preschoolers who are enrolled in another preschool class at Celebration Children's Center.
Our 4 day Pre-K classes are offered to children who are at least 4 years old by September 1st of the current year. Children will experience a variety of multi-sensory activities based on exposure to concepts and curriculum that they will see in Kindergarten. Our classes meet Monday-Thursday, and we offer a 3-hour morning class or a 4.5-hour extended day class.
6 Week Enrichment Programs:
Three times a year (Fall, Winter, Spring) we offer 6-week Enrichment Classes. These 1.5 hour classes can be added to your child's preschool class or can stand independently on days they are not currently in a preschool class. A variety of curriculum topics are offered including: literature, engineering, math, and science. These classes are for children currently enrolled, who wish to enrich their regular preschool programming.
